ANDREW BAKER
Andy Baker has a background in psychology, counselling and care of over 20 years and has been delivering training and writing training programs for nearly 15 of those. His specialism is courses around the subject of understanding human behaviour but has also been training in first aid, moving people and safeguarding. He is passionate about improving the quality of life for everyone through education and believes that high-quality training is key to positive and safe cultures.
Karen Hayes
Karen is a trained and registered bookkeeper and an experienced quality awards assessor. Karen has been working in the training sector for nearly a decade and has been heavily involved in the quality awards of two companies. Her ability to manage process and ensure efficiency in systems is second to none and is a vital support at Ability training awards.
Nadine Sutton
Nadine has over 10 years of experience in the Health and social care sector and leads the health and social care team at ability. She is also a qualified trainer and Internal quality assured and has significant experience in course development and accreditation processes.
PETER JONES
Peter Jones has been working in care for over 40 years and is a registered learning disability nurse. For the last 15 years, he has combined supporting service users with sharing his expertise and experience by delivering training courses to staff in various settings. Peter delivers a huge range of topics and is highly
motivated to help people to learn, with the primary goal of them achieving their full potential and getting the most from life.
